Il Consorzio Pro Loco delle Prealpi mette a disposizione la propria attrezzatura per il comodato d’uso.

There are 3 kitchen containers available with the following specifications:

Dimensions: 5.00 m x 2.45 m x 3 m (height) each, equipped and certified according to regulations.

• 1 container (38 quintals) for the kitchen, equipped with: 1 fryer with 2 basins, 1 gas stove with 4 burners, 1 cooking surface with 2 hotplates, 1 extractor hood, 1 refrigerator, 2 workbenches, and a hand-washing station;
• 1 container (12 quintals) for washing, equipped with: 1 glasswasher, 1 dishwasher, 1 double-basin sink, and 1 electric boiler;
• 1 container (6 quintals) for distribution;
• 2 connecting elements, each measuring 1.25 meters, for a total of 5.00 meters.
